Create new event model #53
Description
In the subproject time-tracker-events we need to create a model for events that can be used there and from other subprojects, like time-tracker-api. This model has to be based on the new design discussed and reviewed by the team. This model and corresponding Dao is meant to work with Azure Cosmos DB, in particular with the SQL API.
