Create a new custom field in azure called [active, inactive]

**Purpose**
- this custom attribute is for change the role of users, only send a true o false, true is for admin and false for is Staff

**Criteria of acceptance**
- have a new field in blue to change the role with a true or false field, for administrator or non-administrator (personal)
