Add e2e tests

Selenium can be integrated with python in order to run e2e-tests. As part of this ticket, we need to add all the required dependencies to integrate selenium as part of this project.

Acceptance Criteria:

• All the dependencies are added to the project
• A basic demo hitting an endpoint is included as part of the project
• All this code needs to live in a separate e2e-test folder
• Update the README file with the instructions to execute e2e tests
