Send a notification to users when an automated clock out has happened

If an entry is running and the user did not clock-out, the system will automatically do for them. We need to send a notification by slack so they can know this was done by the app itself.

Message should be:

You have been clocked out automatically at 00:00 AM. Your last time entry was for {{project name}} and started at {{clock in time}}.
Please edit your clock-out time manually if you didn’t work until midnight.

Suggestion for the message:

This notification might be send at the next day 9 am
