Handle session life-cycle in time_tracker_events

In addition to handling database write-related events, we also need to handle when a user session starts and ends. This will be done with time_tracker_events, with an Azure function.
TODO:

• Investigate how to trigger functions during the life-cycle of a session in Azure Active Directory.
• Create the Azure function to handle such triggers and generate the corresponding event.
