Also fixes a few issues I stumbled upon. Notably (and probably out of scope), fixes the secr meeting manager "Times" tab to correctly compute its initial "day" setting. Also, if the timeslot being edited starts on a day that is outside the range of choices, adds that day as a choice. This should avoid inadvertently changing the day of a timeslot.
