Fixes various UI issues on smaller / mobile screens on agenda-neue
Makes the agenda-neue and floor-plan-neue soft-redirect to the current meeting number if not provided (addresses the tab not being selected)
Adds a warning icon when no materials are available for an upcoming / live regular session:
