Description

In dark mode, cannot distinguish DISCUSS / empty row on the IESG agenda. I.e., when logged in as an AD, https://github.com/ietf-tools/datatracker/issues as mostly the same background colour for DISCUSS and empty (no ballot yet) rows.

I think you had a bad cut-paste moment with the link.

Which datatracker URL were you looking at when you saw the problem? (I'm guessing either https://datatracker.ietf.org/iesg/agenda/documents/ or https://datatracker.ietf.org/iesg/agenda/, but would like to be sure we're looking at the spot that you're intending to report).
