Trying to recharter RADEXT.
When I cut/paste text in the tool, I have ... See the jpg attached.
I also tried to insert a file. Same thing.
I tried IE and Firefox. Same thing.
Attached is also the .txt I tried to insert.
Note: I asked the IESG secretariat to create the RADEXT entry for me
