Internat Server Error when uploading internet draft

In attempting to upload the attached internet draft, I receive an "Internal Server Error". The draft seems to validate OK.

Thanks for the bugreport.

The problem was with the -00-1 revision numbering of the uploaded
draft, but that should not have caused an internal server error,
of course. I believe I've fixed the problem now, though, so please
go ahead and try the upload again.

Fixed in eb28ac8:

Removed the ValueError exceptions introduced in the previous revision of the draft author extraction code. Fixes issue #858.
