The text file generation from ietf/idindex/generate_all* fails

The text file generation in ietf/idindex/generate_all* fails because the filter commands on InternetDrafts.objects fail ('Cannot resolve keyword 'idinternal' into field')

This results in the text index files id_all.txt and id_all2.txt for drafts
generated by these through cron-jobs being empty.

Ah, that was the views I didn't port because they were wrapped in a test thing, we talked about it. I wasn't aware they were being run in a cron script.

But I'll get them ported, shouldn't take long.
