Description
On https://datatracker.ietf.org/iesg/agenda/moderator_package.html, in section 1.3, the full text of previous telechat meeting minutes waiting to be approved is included. This adds a lot of length and unnecessary content to the page. I don't think there's any reason for this text to be duplicated on the moderator package as it's already quickly available in several other places if it should need to be referenced during the telechat.
The text it pulls from is uploaded to https://datatracker.ietf.org/iesg/agenda/sections.
Can the text of those minutes be removed entirely or replaced with a link to https://datatracker.ietf.org/iesg/agenda/section/minutes ?
