track / untrack buttons (indicators) in datatracker view are misleading

Describe the issue

A minor (but vexing) issue on the frontend.

Regardless of whether I have a document tracked or not, in datatracker view (/doc/rfc*/) it shows this:

One of the buttons has a class 'hide' but is visible so i think it's not "a feature".

If instead of class 'hide' there is class 'invisible', it is working as expected.

Besides this, I think the icons are also a bit misleading?
