Top menu color in Datatracker 11.6.0

The recent (11.6.0) Datatracker release changed the color of the top menus from light grey to black, which (at least to my eyes) is a lot less readable. I checked in Firefox, Safari, and Chrome on a Mac with the display set in light mode.
