Extract authors from a plain ascii draft

We need to extract the authors of a draft. There is a previous implementation at http://svn.tools.ietf.org/svn/tools/ietfdb/branch/idsubmit/ietf/utils/draft.py

You can use this implementation and merge it in the parse system at submit/parsers/plain_parser.py to make a parse method that extracts the authors of a draft and stores them into a MetaDraft object (see parsers.base.py)
