Revise text on LS page

Description

On https://datatracker.ietf.org/liaison/ the text on the top says:

"Additional information about IETF liaison relationships is available on the Internet Architecture Board liaison webpage."

The IAB is a bit outdated (and will be updated later on). The IETF page is the better reference for now. Can we maybe just add a link here like this:

"Additional information about IETF liaison relationships is available on the IETF webpage and Internet Architecture Board liaison webpage."
