A WG Chair shall be able to designate a maximum of three people to act as their delegates for each WG.
- Input delegate by email
- The system should check if the user has the necessary login credentials for the Datatracker
- If not warn the user and allow him to confirm or change the delegate
- If confirmed send mails to WG Chair, Secretariat and newly designated delegate
