Floor plan view does not highlight room indicated in URL query param

Describe the issue

Visiting a URL like https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/116/floor-plan?room=g416 should open the venue floor plan view with the room named in the ?room query parameter. It does not do this.

I believe the problem is that the query parameter is handled in the onMount handler in FloorPlan.vue, possibly before agendaStore.isLoaded is true. If that happens, the floor data will not be available and it will not find the room to highlight. There's another call to handleDesiredRoom() after floors are loaded, but the first (failed) call to handleDesiredRoom() has already nulled the desiredRoom parameter.

Easiest fix might be not to null desiredRoom unless one is found. @NGPixel, thoughts?
