The subject line of the email that is sent when a discuss or comment is entered should contain
- The name of the AD entering the DISCUSS or COMMENT
- whether it is a DISCUSS, COMMENT, or both
- the full name of the applicable draft (including version number)
The body should also contain
- The full document name including version number
- The name of the AD entering the DISCUSS or COMMENT and their current position
Example Subject line:
Subject: Adrian Farrel's DISCUSS and COMMENT on draft-ietf-foo-bar-99
Example body:
Document: <draft-ietf-fecframe-sdp-elements-09.txt>
From: Robert Sparks (current position: No Objection)
Comment:
Section 3.3 copies text from -framework. Would a pointer be
sufficient? It would
certainly be easier to maintain should these documents ever be
revised.
