Describe the issue
The IPR disclosure announcement email I received for the latest filing links to the history tab of the disclosure rather than the main tab of the disclosure itself:
Dear Magnus Westerlund, John Preuß Mattsson, Claudio Porfiri:
An IPR disclosure that pertains to your Internet-Draft entitled "Datagram
Transport Layer Security (DTLS) in the Stream Control Transmission Protocol
(SCTP) CRYPTO Chunk" (draft-westerlund-tsvwg-sctp-crypto-dtls) was submitted
to the IETF Secretariat on 2023-02-27 and has been posted on the "IETF Page
of Intellectual Property Rights Disclosures"
(https://datatracker.ietf.org/ipr/5969/history/). The title of the IPR
disclosure is "Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson (publ)'s Statement about IPR
related to draft-westerlund-tsvwg-sctp-crypto-dtls"
I think it would be much better if the link was to the main tab for the disclosure.
