Similar to #500. We should grow some generic "table sort by column click" functions.

I have done a 'simple' version, that was not extremely simple due to the actual data being rendered in the template relying on the order of the list in the first place (RFCs and drafts are both put into one list, and displayed separately, sorted while said list is being built, which kind of breaks the data/presentation split).

So i had to add the sorting to the creation of that big list. (and we need to reload the page if you want to change the sorting, and for that to be done with a nice template instead of a lot of duplicate code i could not find a way with the current django without actually defining the 'rules' for that in an extra list that is passed)

Anyhow, I think this is ready-for-now, but what I think would be more future-proof (and what was half-suggested in this ticket) is to create a generic SortableTable, that includes all its own data; If this is passed completely to the template, we can have re-sorting without reloading the page (but done by javascript). This would however require some bigger changes; at least:

• Make separate tables for the different types of data we show (i.e. not one big table with drafts/rfcs/etc, but a table for drafts, a table for rfcs).
• Move the logic of where the data is pulled from out of the template (note this does not necessarily mean what data to show, but where to get it) and into whatever would build the SortableTable (see for instance the very insteresting status_columns.html right now)
• Naturally a data class, template, and perhaps tag to show this

This requires a bit of deep cutting in some of the templates though, a job that i did not dare just now :)
