Improve liaison related admin pages

Do some changes in the django admin pages related with the liaison tool:

• Fix liaison detail admin view. It breaks cause it tries to show incorrectly the related liaison
• Sort list alphabetically
• Rename Liaison Managers models to SDO Liaison Managers to avoid confusion
• Disable the unneeded administration of "From bodies"
