Display session constraints properly for configurable constraint types

What happened?

Session constraints of type conflict, conflic2, and conflic3 were historically displayed with particular formatting. In #3662, these were updated to the newer constraint types. However, which constraints are enabled can be configured per-meeting and older meetings still use the original constraint types.

Need to update the formatting code to account for the meeting configuration. It'd be nice if it's easy to update it again in the future if additional constraint types are added.

Removing the bs5 label as this is really an enhancement request that can come after the bs5 work is in main.
