Currently (as of 3.04), when looking at a page like
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-tcpm-tcp-lcd/edit/position/
the only way to know what document you are about to take a position on is to look at the URI in the address bar.
The name of the document should be displayed on the page itself.
