Agenda is missing quick links to different dates

What happened?

On the old agenda there was quick links to each day on the right side of page. This menu is now missing. There was also quick link to current time in the agenda. That is missing too. Also the showing which timezone is used when shown and providing quick links to change timezones are missing. The current right hand menu is quite useless, as everything important is inside the detailed agenda.

Poking through the history, it looks like the panel with the links was removed in cf629a4. Various changes had been made that probably left it not working by that point.

The nav panels were static in bs3 and are now dynamically generated in ietf.js in bs5. Assign this to me and I will see how to re-enable?
