Right now, an accidental drag-drop on the graphical editor looking at the official agenda of a past meeting creates bad data that is hard to clean up.
Once a session is in the past, the graphical editor should, at least by default, not allow it to be moved. It may be that it shouldn't allow it to be moved at all and if adjustments need to be made, they can be made at the database layer (it's not immediately obvious when any such adjustment would actually be needed).
It should remain possible to change any older schedules which are not marked official.
