New calendar selectors not working as expected

I like all the new selectors for the calendar, but they're not quite working as one would predict:

1. The "GEN" selector includes Hackathon, Codesprint (i.e., Tools), and Newcomers (i.e., EDU) sessions. Seems like it shouldn't.
2. "IETF" and "IESG" both include AD office hours. Seems like those should only be under "IESG".

This is a consequence of incrementally changing the unstated implementation detail about what the buttons mean. Historically, the label on the button mapped essentially to "sessions whose parent group is". We're discovering that there are better ways to build the buckets, and these will become differently specific as we move forward.

The first issue is due to a pretty simple bug - the filtering used to determine the buttons on the left was slightly different from what was deciding which filter keywords to assign to agenda items. Correcting these to match prevents the hackathon / codesprint / etc from being affected by the group / area buttons.

The second is more involved and has been specifically captured by #3128, so I think we will fix it there and leave it out of this ticket.
