Interim meeting requests are getting lost

I am trying to request an interim for QUIC using the form at https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/interim/request?group=2161. After I fill it out and click "Submit" it takes about a minute and I am taken to https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/upcoming with a message on top reading "Interim meeting request submitted".

However, the interim is not in the list on that page, and I get no email about anything related to the interim, and nothing appears on https://datatracker.ietf.org/wg/quic/meetings/ either.

Help?

From the Secretariat side, we get an email with a subject line like "quic - interim meeting ready for announcement" that prompts us to review the request and make the announcement. (We review the request first to double-check things like time zones and Webex links.) Recently, we have had a higher than normal amount of duplicate requests from chairs who didn't think their requests were going through, so the Secretariat also would find it helpful if the chairs got something in email or on their group's meetings page to indicate that the request waiting for the Secretariat.

See also #2929 and #3016. Addressing those will address this, so I'm marking it as duplicate. #2929 is already merged to trunk (but not yet released). I expect #3016 to make it to trunk this week.

Apologies that these weren't fixed earlier - They had gone into a particular work-queue and then got pushed behind something higher priority. I've upped the priority on these.
