Label the contstraints on the requests summary page #3082

We would like update the way information is displayed on the timeslot request page (e.g. https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/109/requests) so that the conflicts (i.e. Chair Conflict, Technology Overlap, Key Participant Conflict) are clearly identified.

For more context, we are attempting to provide greater transparency into the session request, scheduling and conflict resolution process by making it easier for the community to see -- at a glance -- the listed conflicts for each session request. The idea here is that if someone believes the wg chair has omitted an important conflict, they can follow up with the chair directly and perhaps get it added. Or the chair can of course also decide that the supposed conflict isn't significant enough to merit inclusion.
