The individual session pop-ups from the main IETF meeting agenda are currently DIVs generated as part of the page. This approach was taken a long time ago, and while there's the advantage of simplicity, there's also a disadvantage that became apparent for some participants during IETF-108: The content can become stale if the week's agenda is loaded at the start of the week and kept open for reference, and not re-loaded. In that case, only slides already uploaded at the time the week's agenda was fetched will be shown in the pop-up.
The actual agenda shown in the pop-up is pulled at the time of pop-up by the javascript at the end of templates/meeting/agenda.html. We might consider handling the other parts of the pop-up in the same manner, in order to avoid staleness.
