I'm experiencing a problem submitting .TXT copy of a draft along with its .XML copy. I use the web-based xml2rfc to get the .TXT version. The ID submission tool rejects that version with the following message:
Expected an TXT file of type "text/plain", found one of type "text/x-Algol68"
If I submit for the upload only .XML version, everything goes smoothly.
