Special Requests field in session request tool too big

The Special Requests field in the scheduling tool is limited to 200 characters, but the text field that is displayed is sized for a much larger entry. Consider doing one or more of the following:

• Decrease the default size of the text field to be more like 200 characters.
• Display a message like "(max 200 characters)" to set expectations properly.
• Increase the 200 character limit. This may have the undesirable effect of enabling more complex and otherwise wordier requests.
• Include a countdown counter to show how close to the limit the current entry is.

Fixed in a99c37c:

On session request form make Special Requests field smaller and display 200 character limit. Fixes #2875. Commit ready for merge.
