Right now, templates and code force the name of a nomcom to be "IAB/IESG Nominating Committee". That's not been right for some time, given that they handle seating so many more roles. I think we're going to need to just say "Nomcom" or take the string from the title of https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-iasa2-rfc7437bis/
