references and referenced-by pages are no longer experimental

It has been several years, and no-one has reported issues with the references and referenced-by pages for drafts. "Experimental" should be removed from the warning. The part of the warning that says to manually check things if it's important should remain.

So, out of the warning:

This is an experimental product. These dependencies are extracted using heuristics looking for strings with particular prefixes. Notably, this means that references to I-Ds by title only are not reflected here. If it's really important, please inspect the documents' references sections directly.

I think you're only looking for the first sentence to be removed, right?
