email summary form populates control with content that doesn't validate

The Reply-To field on the email summary form is populated with addresses in name-addr format, but the control wants to validate only addr.

The result is a form that fails to validate on a field that the user didn't even touch. To get the form to validate, the user has to edit out the name parts of the supplied addresses.

Fixed in d22da62:

Only gather addresses instead of name_addrs for the group_secretaries Mailtrigger Recipient. Fixes #2847. Commit ready for merge.

This fix is a workaround until better work can be done on the MultiEmailField's validator can be done to get it to accept name-addr.
