Add page count to review assignment email

The specific request is to put the total pages of the draft to be reviewed in the email that goes out to the reviewer; that will help the reviewer budget appropriate time.

More specifically, the email that goes to the reviewer informing him or her of a review looks like this:

Deadline: 2019-11-25

Currently, the recipient of the email has to spend at least three clicks once he or she gets the email before they can know of the length of the draft. With the page length of the draft in the email, the recipient knows right away how long to budget.
