The last few nomcoms have resorted to creating a Position for the IESG that they never intend to take nominees or feedback on. This has allowed putting the part of the job description/requirements that apply to all IESG members in one place instead of copy/pasting it into the individual AD positions.
There should be a simpler way to manage that information that doesn't include the risk of accidentally opening the position for feedback.
