• (3) The page includes data about a different document 'draft-ietf-idr-bgp-ls-segment-routing-ext' instead of 'draft-ietf-netconf-netconf-event-notifications'.

I can find the right review via https://datatracker.ietf.org/accounts/review/; but the RTGDIR link seems to be broken.

Fixed in 87de06c:

Corrected a view that was looking at review assignment ids when it should have been looking at request review ids. Fixes #2776. Commit ready for merge.
