Sessions missing from meeting materials view

This is really odd. In my development instance, the materials view shows the materials for MLS. I'm on the dump from night before last, but the relevant Session objects do not appear to be any different.

Ah - the problem is in templates/meeting/group_materials.html at line 21:

    {% if session.status_id == 'canceled' %}

The order that sessions (when there are multiple sessions from a group) will matter with the code as it currently stands. This needs something similar to the all_meeting_agendas or all_meeting_minutes helpers

Look at all scheduled sessions for a group when deciding to display a cancelled banner. Fixes #2764. Commit ready for merge.
