Feedback display should use "pasted" styling

When a nomcom member looks at feedback, the "pasted" styling that's working well for reviews and IESG positions should be used to make it more likely that the right thing happens with whitespace.

The template is already using 'pasted'.

The real issue is the tussle around manually wrapping lines or not. With most places where we're using 'pasted', we don't manually wrap things anymore.

Looking at some notes entered so far, this view does better without the manual wrapping.

Fixed in 3383884:

Don't manually linewrap when looking at feedback - let the pasted styling do that. Fixes #2761. Commit ready for merge.
