Change from address in PubReq emails to a no-reply address

Hi!

Currently, when a WG chair or doc shepherd requests IESG publication of a document, the Datatracker sends an email from the person who made the request to iesg-secretary@ietf.org with a subject line like, "Publication has been requested for draft-foo."

Would it be possible to change the from address on that email from the actual person's address to a no-reply address like ietf-secretariat-reply@ietf.org? Since the email opens a ticket with the Secretariat, the person gets some auto-generated emails from RT when we close the ticket that can cause some confusion.

This has been fixed and released in Datatracker release 6.93.0. Mail will now be sent "On behalf of ..." from the ietf-secretariat-reply@ietf.org. This is the sending address for all "On behalf of ..." emails; modifying the sending address to something else that would suit you better is no problem.

Fixed in 56543d5:

Changed sending of PubReq messages to explicitly use on-behalf-of, without Reply-To. Reply-To is picked up as requestor by RT. Fixes issue #2691 anew.
