CANCELLED WG meeting still shows in "Customize the agenda view..."

Hi,

From the "Customize the agenda view...", at https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/103/agenda.html, even a WG meeting is cancelled, it still shows.
Ex: OPSEC at IETF 103
https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/103/agenda.html#opsec

Without paying attention to the "CANCELLED" flag, it's confusing.

Leaving the session on the agenda if it is cancelled after the official agenda is first published is by design. However, it needs to be made visually obvious that it is cancelled.

Clearly label cancelled sessions on the week-view on the agenda page. Fixes #2619. Commit ready for merge.
