Hello!
TEEP is currently in the state "BOF," but it is also going through the initial chartering process.
It looks like the WG Review message (e.g. https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/charter-ietf-teep/writeup/) being generated for groups in "BOF" state is the message used for groups undergoing rechartering, rather than the message for groups going through initial chartering.
The WG Action message correctly has the text for a group undergoing initial chartering.
Since BOFs are not yet active WGs, the WG review message should be the version for groups going through the initial chartering process rather than rechartering. Can this please be fixed?
