I've started playing with an idst instance against a test database --
I've been trying with a copy of
http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-opsawg-smi-datatypes-in-xsd-01.txt
and even after changing the version number to 02 in the filename and
the document, the only response I can get from the tool is "Duplicate
Internet-Draft submission is currently in progress".
The test instance is http://idsubmit.t.fenron.com/idsubmit/ if anyone
wants to play; I'm sure that there will be errors about missing
settings if you do manage to get beyond this initial problem, since I
didn't see any documentation about what additional settings were
needed the only setting I added was STAGING_PATH.
The database it has is a snapshot as of 12:47 Pacific time today, with
the -00 and -xx deadlines changed to March 7th so that the (buggy)
cutoff checks don't trigger.
