Hi there!

The I-D submission tool https://datatracker.ietf.org/submit/ currently shows the cutoff dates for IETF 101 instead of the dates for IETF 100:

The last submission time for new Internet-Drafts before the meeting is
2018-03-05 23:59 UTC.
After that, you will not be able to submit drafts until after 2018-03-17 23:59
GMT (IETF-meeting local time)

Fixed in 1e7b906:

Fixed another place where updated logic is needed to get the current
meeting when we have multiple future meetings. Fixes issue #2371.
