Enhancement request: A review team member, who normally is scheduled for once-a-month assignment, has time to review a draft right now, but may not have time in the next few weeks and is not in the queue at the moment (already has an assignment, max frequency assigned, or just at the bottom of the queue). Team member would like to request to be put at the top of the queue to receive the next available assignment.
Basically, this is a "Ring bell for assignment" button, overriding queue placement.
An email should be sent to the secretary so that if an assignment is available, it could be made then.
