Editing an Interim Meeting request duration doesn't modify timeslot

If you edit an interim meeting request and change the requested duration, the duration on the related timeslot doesn't get updated.

Fix issue where editing interim meeting duration does not update underlying timeslot duration. Fixes #2203. Commit ready for merge.
