Mandatory start time when adding unavailable period #2198

The start date is mandatory when adding unavailable period. It should default for today. In most of the cases the unavailability periods are added when person notices he is too busy, or sends email to secretary saying he cannot do reviews, and that means the period starts today. It is annoying to be forced to pick start date, especially as there is no indication what date it currently is, so you need to check calendar first to see which date it is now, and then pick it.
