Requested Resources don't show in email or view of requests

It seems that when someone clicks the ‘Resource Requested’ checkboxes on the session request form (like this one https://datatracker.ietf.org/secr/sreq/xrblock/new/) that the resources they requested don’t show up here https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/requests or in the session request email that gets sent out. Is there any way to include them?

Fixes #2172. Add Requested Resources and People who must be there, to email notifications of session requests. Commit ready for merge.
