Now it seems to fill in the list of secretaries to the Reply-To field, but for secdir we have special secretary address "secdir-secretary@mit.edu" for the Reply-to use, and we have said that all assignments should have that, so people can filter on that field.
Now I need to manually edit it every time I send email.
